About Jeeva Saba
Nestled between the Pura Anyar temple and an oceanfront rice paddy encircled by coconut trees, Jeeva Saba Bali Estate boasts a 70-meter stretch of volcanic sand beachfront with spectacular views across the Badung Strait and Indian Ocean to Bali’s Mt. Agung and the Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida islands.

Jeeva Saba is set on nearly a hectare of landscaped gardens and provides spacious living and sleeping areas for up to 16 adults in eight large ensuite bedrooms, all with direct ocean views. The estate’s 17 principal rooms include a media room, a game room, a catering kitchen, a massage room and a gym.

The main living, dining and great rooms open onto a back terrace overlooking the seaside grass lawn, the 25-meter swimming pool and the ocean beyond. The air-conditioned dining room can seat up to 20 comfortably while the more casual air-conditioned great room has a bar and kitchen area for more intimate family gatherings. The beach and poolside open air bale is perfect for relaxing, while a separate open air dining bale with a butler’s pantry is ideal for casual meals and barbecues. For large gatherings, the rectangular seaside grass lawn can easily seat up to 200 guests.

Jeeva Saba Bali Estate is fully staffed with an in-house chef and complimentary car and driver.

Location
Pantai Saba, Gianyar Regency, southeast coast of Bali. Complimentary airport transfer is available to guests who book directly with us.

Capacity
16 Adults (eight ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds). Extra beds available on request and charged at USD 55++ per night for adults and USD 40++ per night for children. Extra beds fit comfortably in the bedrooms. (++ all prices subject to government tax & government service charge)

Staff
Villa manager, private chef, butler service, housekeeping, security, gardeners and driver. Additional staff (babysitters, masseuses, yoga) available on request and at an extra charge.

Dining
In-house menu is available in the dining room and the dining bale. Complimentary breakfast served daily.

A full European/American style breakfast is included as part of a stay at Jeeva Saba. An Asian style breakfast can be arranged upon request.

Lunch and dinner at Jeeva Saba are prepared by guests’ request. Jeeva Saba offers an a la carte menu at set prices for a variety of Western or Asian lunch and dinner dishes. There is also a list of select bottles of wine that Jeeva Saba maintains in stock.

Lunch and dinner menus are ordered in advance with your Butler. Our chef is very happy to schedule cooking classes for our guests. Barbecue facilities are available. If you’d like to self-cater, that’s also possible. It’s your time, your holiday, we’ll be there as much, or as little, as you like.

Entertainment

Families
Jeeva Saba is well-equipped for families. Amenities include: baby cot, high chair, car seat (on request), DVDs, play station, board games, croquet set, badminton, volleyball, bicycles and access to horseback riding and surfing within one km of the Estate.

Spa
In-villa treatments from the spa menu can be arranged by request in the massage room, the bale or on one of the private terraces.

Transport
A seven-seater car and driver are available on a complimentary basis for up to eight hours a day excluding gasoline.

Weddings & Events
Events for up to 400 people sitting down or more with buffet style dining on the large beachfront lawns. Smaller groups can also be accommodated on the upstairs covered terrace. Jeeva Saba Bali Estate offers wedding and honeymoon packages in conjunction with Jeeva Klui Resort, Jeeva Santai Villas or Jeeva Beloam Beach Camp.

Villa Manager
Jeeva Saba is a private estate owned and managed by Jeeva Resorts. The villa manager is responsible for overall operations and to oversee and coordinate the staff and property. The villa manager or assistant is available to assist guests during their stay at Jeeva Saba.

Chef
A private chef and steward are available to prepare a variety of Western, Asian or vegetarian meals or to organize a barbecue. The chef will prepare meals according to guests’ special requests or dietary requirements. Jeeva Saba Bali Estate is fully staffed with an in-house chef and complimentary car and driver. If you’d like to self-cater, that’s also possible. It’s your time, your holiday, we’ll be there as much, or as little, as you like.

Butler & Villa Attendants
Five butlers and villa attendants are responsible for daily housekeeping and butler duties.

Garden & Pool
Four gardeners maintain Jeeva Saba’s landscaped grounds and swimming pool area.

Driver
A driver and car (seating up to 7 passengers) are available to Jeeva Saba guests for eight hours a day (excluding gasoline).

Security
Ten security guards provide 24-hour full-time security on a rotating schedule.

Layout
Upon entering the front reception bale through the original Madura ‘Good Fortune’ gate, guarded by two traditional antique carved stone Prambanan lions, a broad pebble pathway leads between two large rectangular ‘elephant’ pools to the imposing front entrance with recycled four-meter high doors salvaged from a demolished old Dutch school in Java. The front entrance opens onto an internal courtyard that links the main common rooms with the three main living pavilions. The pavilions, the Tree House, the Beach House, and the Coast House, are designed in an L shape with all pavilions having direct sea, mountain and island views. The infinity pool and two bales are across the main lawn from the Beach House and directly on the beachfront.

Grounds & Floor Plan
The Jeeva Saba Bali Estate is designed for relaxation and to highlight the natural beauty of Bali’s east coast. The 25-meter infinity pool and dining bale face the beach and mirror the Beach House and the Temple House. A pool deck runs along the entire length of the infinity pool and provides access to the side garden area and the beachfront. The Estate has a total of eight full baths and three half baths.

A fourth pavilion houses the gym and Jeeva Saba’s large, restaurant standard kitchen with staff and service areas. As the Jeeva Saba Estate is made for entertaining, the dining bale includes a wet bar and drinks station to service the pool area.

The layout above is a bird’s eye view that doesn’t include the second floor level location of the bedroom suites.

Life at Jeeva Saba revolves around the 25-meter infinity pool, the bales, or the Beach House with its air-conditioned media room, game room, massage room and living and dining rooms. Most living is outdoors with breakfast and lunch in the dining bale and the day spent either on a lounger by the pool, on the beach, or on one of the oversized daybeds in the large relaxing bale. With private terraces off all the ensuite rooms and a large pool and deck area, there are various options for spending time together as a group or in the privacy of a guest’s own personal space.

The Beach House is furnished with an eclectic collection of antiques, paintings and comfortable modern furniture. Living areas flow into one another with the principal living rooms separated by glass walls and antique doors. The gym is equipped with a treadmill, cross trainer and free weights. Massages can be arranged in the single person massage room or on the private terraces.
